Decoding Epitranscriptional Landscapes form Native RNA Sequences

The procedure combined with the specifically developed bioinformatic tool ELIGOS (Epitranscriptional Landscape Inferring from Glitches of ONT Signals) was used to identify RNA modification sites in the RNA of yeast, E. coli and human cells.
