Diatom counts of sediment core NBP20-02 KC72 from Cranton Bay, West Antarctica

Samples were settled using the settling method of Scherer (1994) and Warnock and Scherer (2015). Diatoms were counted at 1000x magnification using an oil immersion objective lens in the ZEISS Primo Star 2 microscope.
