Supplementary Material (Data): Applying the Elastic Water Column Model with Dynamic Elements to a Physical Test Rig

This dataset contains experimental and simulation data of the study on applying the Elastic Water Column Model with Dynamic Elements to a physical test rig, presented at the 4th International Joint Conference on Water Distribution Systems Analysis and Computing and Control in the Water Industry, which was held in Paphos in May 2026. Six separate cases were considered with three constant operating points and three dynamic events. The dataset contains one hdf5 file each for simulation (filename starting with "simulation_") and experimental results (filename starting with "system_1_") for each case. The files with experimental results contain data for three experimental runs each. The experimental configuration of each case is stored in the hdf5 files along with the measured values. Additional JSON files with the experimental configuration are also provided. The JSON file parameter_mapping.json contains a mapping from the measured variables to the UUID of the sensor with which it was measured.
