Microbial terroir_ Fungal communities structure and distinguish vineyard ecosystems to impact the flavour and quality of wine_fungi data

In this project, we sampled microbial communities from the vineyard to the winery across six geographically separated wine-producing regions in southern Australia to provide insights into microbial biogeography, growing environments and wine regionality.
