Zebrafish intestinal microbiota 16S rRNA gene sequencing - impact of life-long differences in dietary fat over development

The goal of this study was to characterize how life-long diets different in dietary fat levels impact zebrafish gut microbioa assembly. A cohort of embryos born from one sibship of adult WT (Tubingen strain) was sampled at 4 time points over 70 days. Associated samples (media, floor, wall) from tanks with and without fish were also sampled at each time point.
