Mesozooplankton abundance in waters of the Aegean and Ionian Seas in Spring 1987

DOI

The entire samples from deep layers or aliquota (1/2 to 1/4) from the upper layer have been analyzed under a binocular microscope. Copepoda and cladocera species have been identified and enumerated; other zooplankton species have been identified and enumerated at higher taxonomic levels (usually named as zooplankton groups).
