This tool outlines the process and useful tools for developing school-level impact strategies. It guides you through the strategy development journey, from the initial preparatory activities to the evaluation. It presents the different phases, the actions to take, who to involve, and the relevant tools and materials to support you along the way.Who can primarily benefit from this tool?Individuals and teams directly involved in the process of developing, implementing and evaluating impact strategies in their school. This may include Impact Officers, Policy Advisors, or Academic Leads and School leadership who enable and implement impact strategies.In which context is this tool useful?The tool presents a contextualised approach and useful resources for the development, implementation and evaluation of an impact strategy. If desired, parts of this tool can also be used to re-evaluate or redesign (parts of) your existing impact strategy. This tool follows the language and organisation within Erasmus University Rotterdam, but it can also be used to develop an impact strategy in other contexts and institutes.
