This dataset provides diatom assemblage data from the high-resolution marine sediment core MD07-3088) recovered 46°S in the Southeast Pacific Ocean. The dataset includes diatom relative abundances (%), fragmentation (%), and associated standard errors from 53 samples analyzed at 0.1–1 ka resolution. The record spans the last 13.6 ka. The sediment core was retrieved using a CALYPSO piston corer during the MD159 PACHIDERME cruise aboard the R/V Marion Dufresne. The data support paleoceanographic reconstructions of the last glacial–interglacial period.
