This dataset contains 46,285 observations collected between 2019 and 2023 with the survey instrument Job-Stress-Analysis (JSA) by Health Promotion Switzerland. JSA is a standardized and scientifically validated survey tool to assess work-related stressors, resources, and well-being at the individual, team, and organizational levels. JSA is applied in the context of occupational health promotion and is used by organizations as a diagnostic tool to identify psychosocial stress factors and derive targeted preventive measures. The instrument consists of a base module with scales that are administered in all surveys, as well as several optional in-depth modules and two profession-specific special modules for the school sector and long-term care. An in-depth description of Job-Stress-Analysis and the data collection process is provided in the documents “Instrument and Data Collection Procedure” and “Data Preparation.” To get access to the dataset, researchers must submit information about the planned project and sign a Data Transfer User Agreement (DTUA) with Health Promotion Switzerland.
