Differential tolerance to altered moisture regimes during early infection stages in the fungal pathogen Zymoseptoria tritici. In planta responses of 48 genetically distinct isolates from Irish and Israelian populations originating from two contrasted Euro-Mediterranean climatic zones locations to four altered moisture regimes exerted on wheat seedlings during the first three days after inoculation.
