Molecular detection of vector-borne pathogens from naturally infected dogs

Naturally infected canine blood with different vector-borne pathogens were subjected to microbial DNA enrichment using multiple methods. DNA extraction followed by PCR using multiple regions of bacterial 16S rRNA and sequencing of the amplified regions was done.
