Human microbiota BASEHIT

We developed BASEHIT (Bacterial Selection to Elucidate Host-microbe Interactions in high Throughput), a high-throughput technology to screen intact microbial cells for the ability to bind human proteins displayed on the surface of yeast. This BioProject contains the raw barcode sequencing files from a screen which encompasses selections of the yeast display library by 519 bacterial strains, raw bulk colonic and ileal RNAseq data from monocolonized mice, and whole genome sequences of Staphylococcus species.
