Major elements (XRF) of sediment core MD97-2142 during MARION DUFRESNE cruise MD106

DOI

Major elements (Si, Ti, Al, Fe, Mn, Mg, Ca, Na, K, P) were measured with conventional XRF (RIGAKU RIX2000 X-ray fluorescence spectrometer at the Department of Geosciences at National Taiwan University). Samples were measured every 15-20 cm and were analyzed without any pretreatment to remove carbon or sulfur. Samples belong to the core MD97-2142 which was taken during the MARION DUFRESNE cruise MD106 "IMAGES III-IPHIS" in 1997.
