Marine biofilms over antifouling surfaces in the Toulon Bay

This study aimed at the description of marine biofilms developped over antifouling surfaces under different shear stress incubations in the Toulon Bay (and in the SOLA buoy).

We have observed the impact of copper biocides on the selection of microbial communities, as well as an significant effect of shear stress on the richness, diversity and time for biofilm maturation.
