The Swiss Interprofessional Evaluation Instrument (SIPEI) was applied in a large psychiatric hospital. Cross-sectional data was collected from clinical staff (physicians, nurses, allied health care professionals, clinical social workers etc.). The survey was administered to employees who were involved in the treatment, care or counselling of patients and had completed their basic training.
