Host-Level Biodiversity Shapes the Dynamics and Networks within the Coral Reef Microbiome

We generated metabarcoding data to characterise the microbiomes associated with stony coral mucus, soft coral mucus, macroalgae biofilm, sponge tissue, exudates, and aquarium water. Samples were collected from the Ocean2100 aquarium facility in Giessen, Germany. These data support our manuscript, titled "Host-Level Biodiversity Shapes the Dynamics and Networks within the Coral Reef Microbiome."
