SolidLBM - Lattice Boltzmann methods for elastodynamics

This data set contains the Python-package 'SolidLBM'. It implements the Lattice Boltzmann methods (LBMs) for elastodynamics and the algorithms for crack propagation, as described in the doctoral thesis. This package was used to carry out the LBM simulations in the thesis.

The development takes place in a GitLab repository (https://git.rwth-aachen.de/SolidLBM/pyLBM) within the pyLBM software project. Look there for documentation or additional information on 'SolidLBM', as well as some numerical examples. It acts as a reference implementation for the algorithms described in the thesis and the related publications.

The version provided here coincides with the v3.2.1 release of the GitLab repo (https://git.rwth-aachen.de/SolidLBM/pyLBM/-/releases/3.2.1).
