Study of the role of penetration enhancer for drug delivery through Stratum Corneum

The stratum corneum which is mainly composed of mixture of lipids, cholesterols and fatty provide a formidable barrier for drug penetration through skin. In this proposal, we would like to study the role of penetration enhancer for efficient drug delivery through skin.
