Muon spin relaxation study of a novel frustrated system: Li7RuO6

DOI

Every new triangular lattice (TL) antiferromagnet attracts considerable attention since they usually display rich physics due to the inherent frustration and degenerate ground states stemming from the triangular structure. One such recently synthesized TL system is Li7RuO6, which, according to bulk measurements, exhibit two transitions. We propose to use EMU to elucidate the nature of these transitions. This experiment forms part of our wider work on other lithium ruthenates.
