Tijdens het onderzoek werden de resten van een verhoogde boerderijplaats waargenomen. De verhoging werd vanaf de 12e eeuw aangelegd op landbouwgrond. De landbouwgrond werd waarschijnlijk beschermd door een (zomer)dijk directe ten noorden van het gebied in het uiterste noorden van het plangebied.
