Illumina RNA-Seq on Olavius algarvensis worms

Olavius algarvensis is a shallow-water annelid worm that lives in obligate symbiosis with chemosynthetic bacteria. We sequenced batches of o. algarvensis worms incubated under oxic and anoxic conditions, respectively, and performed Illumina transcriptome sequencing on each for host gene discovery.
