This study aims to investigate fungal isolates from faecal samples of Lambs Ovis aries, Lactating Goats Capra hircus, and Kids Capra hircus. Utilizing a whole genome sequencing approach for the eukaryotes, the research seeks to understand the fungal community from the faecal samples, functional genes, and their potential by analyzing the biomolecules.
