The purpose of research was to establish good and quality common ground for development of identification and the progress of talents. This survey was a preliminary test of questionnaire before we took it to the wider public use. Therefore our main goal was to demonstrate how social and physical environment could influence the development of individuals and his/her creativity. In preliminary phase we carried out test of talent as an instrument for wider use. In next phase we carried out our research further with the use of questionnaire for identification of talents, with questionnaire for carrier choice and with test battery. Analysis was made on pupils with Zois scholarship in 1988. In last phase we questioned representative sample of eight-graders.
