Net Community Production (NCP), photosynthesis, and respiration measured in Georgia estuaries using 24-hour bottle incubations

DOI

The bottle incubation dataset consists of discrete measurements collected daily over the same time frame as the PIGI dataset. Surface water (1 m depth) was incubated in triplicate light and dark bottles over 24-hour periods to estimate respiration, photosynthesis, and NCP. Parameters are reported in units of mmol O₂ m⁻² d⁻¹, with associated standard deviations. These incubations were done to provide a comparison with the PIGI system.
