We investigate the effects of both single and co-application of BNI, UI, or BC with chemical fertilizer on NH3 volatilization, N2O emission, N leaching, crop N uptake, and NUE from a calcareous soil and rice system, and also investigate the influence on the abundance and community structure of AOA and AOB to reveal the mechanisms of their effects.
