Identification of potential genes involving in peroxisome dynamics in response to oxidative stress by transcriptome analysis

To investigate the underlying mechanisms that which genes involving in M. oryzae peroxisome dynamics in response to oxidative stress. Overall design: The transcriptome analysis of Guy11 with or without 5 mM H2O2 treatment and the infected leaves at 24 hpi was performed by RNA-Seq experiment.
