This dataset provides archaeobotanical and stable isotope data from Region I, Xeropolis, Lefkandi, supporting the study of agricultural management and culinary culture during the Late Bronze Age and Early Iron Age Aegean. The data include:

1) Stable isotope overall methodology. 2) The real and measured values of all calibration and check standard used in the analysis. 3) Lefkandi Building M sample data. 4) The distribution of plant macroremains across time and space by detailed sub-phase. 5) All the raw carbon and stable isotope results data.
