This repository contains spatial transcriptomics data generated with Visium in three modalities: Visium v1, Visium v2/CytAssist, and Visium HD. These data were used in the spatial platforms comparison study by Cervilla et al. (2025).

This dataset contains spatial transcriptomics data generated with the 10x Genomics Visium technology in three modalities (Visium v1, Visium v2/CytAssist, and Visium HD) across six different cancer types. It includes expression matrices and spatial coordinates for tissue sections from bladder, breast, colorectal, lung, lymphoma, and ovarian tumors. These data were produced for a comparative study of spatial transcriptomics platforms to assess how each technology captures gene expression signals in situ.
