Accessible chromatin landscapes of vertebrate embryogenesis

The relationship between development and evolution has attracted much attention and has been discussed as a central topic in the field of evolutionary biology because it could give us insights into the general evolutionary trends. In this project, we examined the developmental dynamics of gene regulatory activities in vertebrate embryogenesis by the assay for transposase-accessible chromatin using sequencing (ATAC-seq).
