Bouw- en cultuurhistorisch onderzoek van de verschillende overwegend historische panden aan de Markt, Köstersbulte en Landstraat die tezamen met de nieuwbouw uit 1977 het stadhuis vormen. Aanleiding voor het onderzoek vormen de plannen voor renovatie en verbouwing van het complex.
