Het in de vier boringen aangetroffen puin en aardewerk uit de Nieuwe tijd hangt hoogstwaarschijnlijk samen met de historische bebouwing in het plangebied. Gezien de diepte van de verstoringen (tot 1 m), zullen uit oudere perioden zich alleen nog eventuele diepe sporen (zoals waterputten) in de ondergrond van het plangebied bevinden.
