Structural studies of protein at the oil-water interface

We would like to measure the adsorption isotherm for protein, milk B-casein using neutron reflectometery at the oil-water interface. These measurements will be carried out for three different oils, decane, toluene and hexadecane. The measured adsorbed amount will be compared with a scaling model base on the polymer approach and surface tension.
