Synthetic dataset used for validating srnadiff

This dataset contains all the mapped reads generated to validate the tool srnadiff on a synthetic dataset, where the "truth" is known. Samples 1 to 6 are supposed to be one condition, and samples 7 to 12 are the other condition. The file "diffVal.bed" contains the differentially expressed regions.
