Baltic Sea plastic biofilms and reference communities, raw sequence reads

Microplastics (PE, PS) and wooden pellets were incubated for 2 weeks along a salinity gradient in the Baltic Sea and river Warnow, Germany. Developing biofilm communities were compared to corresponding free-living and particle-attached water communities.
