Time serie for the growing season (2019) of peatland hydrology from peatland-dominated boreal catchment, Minganie, Quebec, Canada


Time series of peatland hydrology (water table depth measured with a U20l-04 water level logger (Hobo, Onset, USA) [2019]), stream hydrology (discharge measured with a water-level logger (U201-04, Hobo, Onset, USA)), and stream biogeochemistry (water temperature, pH, specific conductivity, dissolved oxygen saturation and dissolved organic carbon measured with a EXO2 multiparameter probe (YSI, USA)) and precipitations at one hour intervals. The stream hydrology and biogeochemistry were measured in the stream at the outlet of the of the headwater catchment. Water table depth and precipitation were measured within the watershed.
