The dataset comprises Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) scans of seven 5mm tubes containing Copper Sulfate (CuSO4) solutions with concentrations ranging from 0 to 100 mM. The scans (i.e. multiple Series of the same Study) were performed on June 22, 2023 at the Karlsruher Institute of Technology using a Bruker BioSpin MRI system (Biospec 152/11 model).
Acquisition: The acquisition was carried out by employing a Fast Low Angle Shot (FLASH) MRI protocol named Bruker:FLASH. A 2D acquisition type was utilized with a magnetic field strength of approximately 15.27 Tesla.
Geometry: The scans were conducted in a rectilinear geometry with a 100% sampling rate and a 100% phase field of view. The in-plane phase encoding direction was along the column, with the k-space traversal being rectilinear.
Spatial Resolution: The dataset has a spatial resolution of 0.1 mm, both in-plane and through-plane (slice thickness).
Image Characteristics: The images are monochrome with a resolution of 300x300 pixels, and each pixel's value is presented in a 16-bit format. The images are categorized as original, primary, non-parallel, and have a magnitude complex image component.
Coil Configuration: Multi-coil configuration was used for both reception (RF RES 650 1H 05) and transmission (RF RES 650 1H 05), manufactured by BMRIDE.
Timing Parameters: The repetition was varied for each Series.
Software Version: The acquisition was conducted using the software version Acquisition PV-360.3.3 and ParaVision 360.3.3.
Sample Identification: The samples were identified as Phantom to collect a test data set for different Proof of Concept studies for imaging data processing.
Sample Positioning: The samples were positioned head-first-supine (HFS) in the MRI system.
Anatomical Orientation: Biped anatomical orientation was employed, covering the entire body region as per the given anatomic region sequence.
