Microsatellite data from: Evolutionary history of a Scottish harbour seal population

DOI

A total of 93 harbour seal samples from Moray Firth (North East Scotland ) were genotyped with 25 microsatellite markers using fluorescent labelled primers (see Appendix A, B from Nikolic et al. 2020). PCR amplification was carried out using Applied Biosystems 2720 Thermal Cycler. The dataset also contains biological (ex. length, age) and geographical information per individual. Usage Notes: Microsatellite Data. Data obtained in the laboratory from samples collected in the field.
