Full edition for scientific use. In addition to the core variables of the Microcensus Labour Force Survey (LFS), the LFS also has so-called modules. The aim of a module is to provide users with statistics on a specific topic concerning the labour market by adding a set of variables to supplement the core EU-LFS. The EU-LFS Module 2023 on ‘Pensions and labour market participation’ includes the following topics: age at first receipt of retirement pension, state retirement pension with deduction or bonus, receipt of disability or occupational disability pension, age at first receipt of disability or occupational disability pension, financial retirement provision, work situation at the start of retirement, re-entry into the labour market after the start of receipt of retirement pension. The questions of the ad-hoc-module were asked following the questions of the basic programme. The dataset also includes all questions of the main survey of the Microcensus 2023.
