Theoretical and numerical investigation of active suspensions: Determinism, chaos and intermittency - Homogenised Model

This data set contains all Matlab script necessary to simulate an active suspension with the model presented in the Dissertation of Benjamin Deußen. The model is based on the publication Deußen, B., Wang, Y., & Oberlack, M. (2022). A deterministic two-phase model for an active suspension with non-spherical active particles using the Eulerian spatial averaging theory. Physics of Fluids, 34(2), 023302.
