Replication Data for: Acoustic wave-induced stroboscopic optical mechanotyping of adherent cells

This dataset contains pre-treated data and a small analysis API to reproduce part of the Figure from the article: "Acoustic wave-induced stroboscopic optical mechanotyping of adherent cells". The method described in the article, uses ultrasonic waves to induce an oscillating shear flow on the cells. By measuring the cells' deformation and the shear stress applied, one can infer the cells' rheological properties (complex shear modulus).
