Worms-Large: Large-Scale Multi-Graph Matching Instances for C. elegans Cell Matching

DOI

This dataset provides large-scale multi-graph matching problems derived from a cell matching task on 3D nuclei segmentations of C. elegans in the L1 larval stage. It extends the existing worms dataset, which covers problems involving 3–10 worm objects with 510–570 cell keypoints each, to substantially larger problem sizes of 20, 30, 50, and 100 worms per instance.

In total, worms-large comprises 11 problem instances and is intended as a benchmark for large-scale multi-graph matching, complementing the original worms benchmark.
