Replication Data for: A partitioned coupling approach for electromechanics simulations of skeletal muscles using FEBio

This dataset contains all setup files and instructions to reproduce the experiments in "A partitioned coupling approach for electromechanics simulations of skeletal muscles using FEBio". In particular, we provide all the input files required to run simulations of muscle contraction using the OpenDiHu and FEBio mechanics solvers. The mechanics solvers are coupled using preCICE to an electrophysiology solver that models the microscopic generation of force. The FEBio-adapter, which interfaces FEBio with preCICE, is also included, along with the simulation results from the related publication.
