Microbial metatranscriptomics of suspended particalute matter in the Pearl River Estuary

Estuary suspended particulate matters are an important niche to mediate the nitrogen transformation process. In order to fully understand the nitrogen transformation process driven by microorganisms in suspended particulate matters, this study explored the differences in microbial metatranscriptomics of suspended particulate matters with different sizes.
