Selection of 70 early Iron Age (Bantu) sites in East and Southeast Africa. Names, dates and coordinates were obtained from Russell Table 2 (Russell T, Silva F, Steele J. Modelling the Spread of Farming in the Bantu-Speaking Regions of Africa: an Archaeology-Based Phylogeography. PLoS One. 2014; 9: e87854). It has also been included information on spread period, spread area and distances to possible origins of the spread
