Influence of long-term Antarctica expedition on the gut microbiota according to extreme environmental conditions

In the present study, we analyzed a high-density longitudinal sampling and 16S rRNA gene sequencing data. Furthermore, the health implications resulted from the microbiome variation warranted dietary guidance for microbial intervention during Antarctica expedition.
