Genome based identification and characterization of invasive crop pests

We developed a whole genome amplification based workflow enabling to identify insects and other pests and pathogens to the species level based on any genetic fragment for which reference sequences exist. The workflow is based on nanopore sequencing and uses a commercial software package for semi-automated data analysis.
