These datasets contain a six-year long flux record of polar planktic foraminifera Neogloboquadrina pachyderma (sensu stricto) from near Palmer Station, Antarctica. The PARFLUX Mark 78H 21-sample trap was deployed in 170m water depth as part of the Palmer Long Term Ecological Research program (total water column depth 350 m, Latitude: -64.50, Longitude: -66.00).
