Thematically, the survey focuses on the problem of corruption, its causes and acceptance among Slovenian citizens. Questions gather information from fields such as: public service, public experience with corruption, range of corruption, surveillance, persecution and legislation that regulates this. The questionnaire is constituted from three parts. While the first considers corruption, the second part is asking about democracy satisfaction, evaluation of the economy state, party preferences, present initiative for referendum about cancellation of Komisija za preprečevanje korupcije (Commission for the Prevention of Corruption), perception of income and trust in institutions. The third part contains socio-demographic questions. Questionnaire was designed on the basis of reports of The World Bank Institute.
