Microbial communities from the subseafloor of submarine Brothers volcano

Samples are from various Cores drilled from the NW Caldera wall, NW Caldera rim and Upper Cone sites within Brothers volcano as part of IODP Expedition #376 'Brothers Arc Flux'. It was the goal of this study to assess the composition and diversity of the microbial communities that inhabit the subsurface of Brothers volcano.
