The files in this repository are raw fluorescence microscopy images of nascent protein (fluorescently labeled alkyne clicked to ANL) using an LSM880 microscope. The files were taken as tiles in the x-y axis (with 5-10% overlap) for each z plane and stitching using the ZEN software was done. The files are in in .tif format. Larva01-03.tif are of larvae incubated with ANL for 24 hr and they were used in figures 2 and 3. Larva04-05.tif are of control treatments. The larvae were not incubated with ANL and the same process of click chemistry (with a fluorescent alkyne) and imaging was performed. They were used for figures 2 and 3. Larva06.tif is of larva incubated with ANL for 12 hr. It was used for figures 3 and 4. Larva07-10.tif are of larvae treated with ANL and PTZ as described for figure 4. Larva11*.tif is protein synthesis (PSI) control as described for figure 4.
